Once the order is placed, we keep the plants at our greenhouse for upto 30 days. Please ship your product before its due. We do not guarantee the reservation after 30 days. However, orders can be substitude to other equal price products if the original order has passed the due date and is no longer in stock.
Our policy on damaged or dead plants upon arrival :
You could file a return request if you receive damaged or dead plants within 10 days of your order being shipped. Please submit the photo and label of the returned plant , We will provide the same species as compensation in your next order. If the species is not available, it will be compensated with an equal-value spieces. Since the plant is likely to be damaged during shipping, return policies are only valid if damaged plants are more than 5% of the total order.
All plants pass by the quarantine process (chemical spray)before exportation. We make sure that the plants stay in healthy status until the packing process.
Warranties only valid when our product is not mix-shipping with other company’s product.If your BOX have orthers (Catagory），We can’t bear a loss. EX: customer shipping Phal , and orthers (Araceae , Platycerium…）when the plants were inspected they had bugs and the government agencies decided to spray them with methyl bromide so All the plants are destroyed…
